This is a real winner of an Ebike. It is simple to operate and the electric system works fantastic. I've been looking at Ebikes for a while and didn't want the complication of gears and shifting. This takes the complication out of riding a low maintenance Ebike. Looking forward to using it more.

It’s a great bike but the battery power is only getting me about 20 miles.

We really haven't had a lot of experience yet as my husband was traveling and it's his bike. We were told the handlebars would extend up and they dont/ we purchased the bar to secure the bike on our carrier only to find the bar doesn't really fit well at all. a minor adjustment on the size of the end of the bar or a longer neck on the handly bar would fix that issue. we have been exceptionally happy with our Rad bikes so far and expect that to follow through with this one once too.

I haven't been able to ride much due to cold weather, but I'm a little concerned about the range. Within a couple of blocks it drops to 95% and is down to 70% after about 10-miles. My Rad Three never left the full peg at that range. That said, I really like light weight and easier handling (I'm 88 so that's important to me. ) The bell is crap, can't be used with gloves and sounds really dull. I ordered the mirror, but can't see anything but myself so I removed it. Overall, I'm very happy with the bike and look forward to many miles when the weather permits.

Love this bike so much. I am 68 and a small female and I feel so safe and still love to pedal. My grands love riding it too! Its a gem.

Super comfortable, natural ride. I've tried a lot of ebikes at this price point and the Rad bikes with torque sensors feel absolutely seamless. It doesn't have as much torque as some of the other commuters but if you just turn up the pedal assist to 4/5 it totally competes.

I love my new 7-speed Kick lighter e-bike

The bike arrived very well packed, and it was easy to set up. The e-assist is natural and makes riding a breeze. It had everything I was looking for at a great price.

It's a great bike really. . . very sturdy. . not to heavy compared to many ebikes and the price is low. Only thing I would request is some way to adjust the power assist. If you engage it at the lowest speed it will push you at 7mph. . There are many times just a little power would be nice and not pushed to 7 miles per hour. . . Anyway just a dream. . . but otherwise I am very happy with the bike. The only other issue was the front brake had an issue when i picked it up that i didn't notice till a week later. They fixed it for free at the shop in San Diego but at first they "nicely" inferred that I caused it by braking to hard. (in reality it was a quality issue they should have caught when they put it together for me). Anyway they swapped out the brake and all is good. . .

Very user friend and comfortable. Be sure to wear a helmet, this bike can go fast.
